Thomas G. Showers
GREENWOOD, DE - formerly of Lebanon, Pennsylvania, passed away Wednesday, August 26, 2015 at his home in Greenwood. He was 64.
He was born in Lebanon on September 10, 1950, son of the late George R. and Patricia (Balor) Showers.
Tom worked on his family owned farm and was also employed by the Township of North Lebanon on their road crew from where he retired.
He was a member of the Lebanon Valley Motor Cycle Club.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, April Showers.
Tom is survived by his wife of 46 years, Leslee A. Showers; a son, Korey Showers and his wife Jennifer of Milton, DE; a daughter, Kerri Harmon and her husband Mannon of Austin, TX; a brother, Dennis Showers and his wife Wendy of Fredericksburg, PA; four grandsons; Damian, Zachary, who is currently serving on the USS George H.W. Bush aircraft carrier out of Norfolk, Virginia; Michael, and Kale, and one granddaughter, Kasi.
A memorial service to celebrate his life will be held at a later date.
