Robert E. Corzine
Of Harrington, passed away on Saturday, November 24, 2012, surrounded by his family, at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 67.
Robert was born on July 23, 1945, in Concord, North Carolina, son of the late Charles E. and Georgia (Hampton) Corzine.
Mr. Corzine was employed for 35 years as a machinist with Northrop Grumman in Linthicum, Maryland, retiring in 2010.
He attended the First Baptist Church in Milford.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Sharon M. Corzine; three daughters, Gina Corzine of Harrington; Karen Corzine of Milford; and Shelly Browne of Harrington; a brother, Charles Corzine and his wife Elizabeth of Gurley, AL; a sister, Arlene Hines of Danielsville, GA; four grandchildren, Ashley Wader, Amber Corzine, Katelyn Cornwell, and Sarah Malanka; and one great-granddaughter, Emily Wader.
Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, November 27, 2012 at the Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home where friends may call after 11:00 a.m.
Burial will follow the service at Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the Bayhealth Cancer Institute c/o Bayhealth Foundation, 640 S. State St, Dover, DE, 19901.
