Patricia W. Pleasanton
MILFORD - Patricia W. Pleasanton went home to Heaven on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 in Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital.
Pat was born in Milford on February 17, 1934, daughter of the late Walter and Anna (Dulin) Walls.
She was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving her Country proudly during the Korean War.
Pat worked as a waitress at the Milford Diner for several years and sold products for Avon and Mary Kay Cosmetics. She would also on occasion accompany her husband, Bev, on his trucking route.
She enjoyed reading and in retirement, she and Bev would leave home on a day trip not quite knowing where the road would lead them, experiencing the best their final destination had to offer before heading back home.
Pat leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband of 49 years, Bev W. Pleasanton; her sons, Charles W. Johnson and wife Sue of Ozark, Alabama; N. Curtis Walls of Lincoln, Daniel L. Collins and wife Annita of Harrington, Michael A. Collins and wife Brenda, and Thomas P. Collins and wife Carol, all of Milford; her daughter, Constance Bennett and husband Hayward of Sebastian, Florida; twelve grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren.
Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 10, 2016 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may call after 12:00 p.m.
Burial will follow the service in the Milford Community Cemetery on Route 113.
