Joyce J. Jordan
Of Clayton, passed away Monday, March 7, 2011 in Bayhealth Kent General Hospital in Dover. She was 73.
Joyce was born on July 6, 1937 in Milton, daughter of the late George and Julia (Elliott) Betts.
She was a full time homemaker who loved flowers and gardening.
She is survived by her companion of 26 years, John Bell of Clayton; two brothers, William Betts of Milton and Frank "Mike" Esposito of Milford and a sister, Patricia A. McNatt of Dover.
Friends may call from 12:30-1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 11, 2011 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford.
A Graveside service and burial will follow at 2:00 p.m. at the Milford Community Cemetery on Route 113.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the American Legion Ambulance Service, 111 W. Glenwood Ave, Smyrna, DE, 19977.
