Josephine Chisenhall
GREENWOOD - Josephine Chisenhall passed away surrounded by her family on Monday, December 28, 2015 at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 67.
Josephine was born in Milford on December 22, 1948, daughter of the late Norman Leroy Rust, Sr. and Edna Joseph Rust.
She was employed for several years helping prepare meals in the kitchen for the residents of the Country Rest Home in Greenwood before accepting a position as a counter clerk and presser with Bennett's Dry Cleaning in Milford from where she retired.
In her leisure time, Josephine enjoyed crocheting, playing bingo and visiting the slots in Harrington.
She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Jesse M. Chisenhall, two sons, Jason Chisenhall and his wife Michelle, and Zeb Chisenhall and his girlfriend Jessie, all of Milford; a daughter, Amy Wells and her fiancé Paul Capie of Kenton; five brothers, Wayne Rust of Harrington, George Rust of Centerville, MD, Eddie Rust and Kermit Rust, both of Farmington, and Johnny Rust of Maryland; two sisters, Lois Hudson of Millsboro, and Becky Layton of Felton; and four grandchildren, Eric Layton and his wife Morgan, Elizabeth Layton, Brianna Wells, and Trey Wells.
Services will be held at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, December 31, 2015 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may call after 3:30 p.m.
Burial will be held privately.
