Jeffrey Matthew Mesh
GEORGETOWN - Jeffrey M. Mesh passed away suddenly as a result of a singular car accident on Saturday, May 7, 2016 in New Castle County. He was 37.
Jeff was born on March 27, 1979 in Delaware County, Pa, son of Ted Mesh, Jr. and the late Eleanor G. Mesh, who passed away in July 2004.
He was a 1997 graduate of Sussex Tech High School Cabinetry Millwork Program in which he excelled in the VICA competition finishing first in Delaware and 20th in the U.S. Finals in Kansas City, Mo that same year.
Upon graduation, he worked in the building trades for various contractors until work related injuries caused him disability. He was a very good worker who always made sure the job was done right.
Jeff was an avid sports fan of Philly teams but especially the Eagles. He also enjoyed numerous outdoor activities as well. He was a kind and compassionate person.
Jeff is survived by his father, Ted Mesh, Jr. and his wife Lori of Milford; a special aunt and also his Godmother, Rosanne Mesh of Pa.; his companion, Kristine Dellinger and her two children, Mya and William of Georgetown; his sisters, Marlene Zimmerman of West Chester, PA, and Christine Duffy of Chester County, PA; a brother, James Duffy of Dublin, CA; and numerous nephews, nieces, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Services will be held privately by the family.
