Harry O. Carey
MILFORD - Harry O. Carey passed away Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 59.
Harry was born in Milford on December 17, 1957, son of the late Onsbee T. Carey and Mary (Caroll) Carey.
He worked several years with Mill Del Overhead Door in Milford before accepting a job as a cement transport driver with Atlantic Concrete in Milford which he held for 27 years.
Harry is survived by his wife of 40 years, Sharon Carey; two daughters, Judy Kemper of Kansas City, MO, and Angela Carey of Greenwood; two brothers, John W. Carey of Milford, and Donald L. Carey of Bridgeville; a sister Mary Carey of Felton; and five grandchildren, Brandon Kemper, Alexia Kemper, DeShawn Carey, Kaylee Morris, and Zayden Morris.
A Gathering of family and friends and visitation will be held from 2:00-4:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 12, 2017 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford.
Burial will be held privately.
The family has requested no flowers but donations may be made in Harry's memory to Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE, 19963.
