Gail D. Mohr
Of Milford, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday, August 25, 2013 at Bayhealth Kent General Hospital in Dover. She was 62.
She was born on December 8, 1950 in Milford, daughter of the late Randall B., II and Pauline (Swain) Donovan.
Gail was employed for 35 years with Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital as a Registered Echocardiogram Sonographer. She retired from the hospital in 2000 and shortly after accepted a position with Cardiology Consultants in Lewes which she held until 2010.
Gail enjoyed looking for bargains at local yard sales, adored her dog Abbey, and was a proud grandmother.
She was a member of the Calvary United Methodist Church in Milford.
She is survived by her son, Britt Davis and his wife Dana, and her granddaughter, Kelly Davis, all of Milford; two brothers, Randy Donovan and his wife Ruth of Milford, and Skip Donovan and his girlfriend Peggy Salvan of Lincoln; two sisters, Patsy Donovan of Denton, MD, and Susan Condron of Milford.
Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30, 2013 at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford, where friends may call after 11:00 a.m.
Burial will follow the services in the Lincoln Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the S.P.C.A., Sussex Chapter, 22918 DuPont Blvd, Georgetown, DE, 19947 or to Guiding Eyes for the Blind, K9 Development Center, 361 Route 164, Patterson, NY, 12563.
