On December 24, 2017 Dr. “Roger the Dodger” Alexander passed away at Christiana Hospital.
He was born on July 2, 1945 in Mauldin, S.C. to the late William and Evelyn Alexander.
Dr. Alexander obtained his doctorate from the Medical University of South Carolina. He moved to Milford in 1977 and soon after started his private practice.
He enjoyed piddling, and riding around town. He was an avid collector of just about everything.
Dr. Alexander is survived by his children, Mallory Alexander and her boyfriend Jeremy Hatley, and Samuel Alexander, his brother, William Alexander, and his beloved cat, Fonzie.
The family will receive visitors from 5-8PM on Friday at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford. The funeral service will be at 11AM on Saturday in the funeral home’s chapel. Cremation will follow.
