David Scarfo

Milford - On February 23, 2022, David M. Scarfo passed away in Millsboro.

He was born on July 30, 1968 in Salem, N.J. to the late Stephen Scarfo, Jr. and Sandra Gibson.

David was a graduate of Pennsville High School, class of 1984.

He worked as a Concrete Finisher for Concrete Advantage.

Mr. Scarfo was known for helping the community and those in need by volunteering at local soup kitchens.

In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, crabbing, and boating.

He was preceded in death by his wife Crystal Scarfo.

Mr. Scarfo is survived by his daughter, Ariel Quintanilla and her husband Salvador, his grandson, Liam Quintanilla, his mother Sandy Gibson, his brothers, Stephen Scarfo, III and his wife Heather, and Derek Scarfo, his sister Debbie Bleckley and her husband Lex, and his step mother, Karyn Scarfo.
