MILFORD - On July 25, 2017, Mr. David W. Kline, 68, passed away at Kent General Hospital.
David was born in Milford, DE on September 30, 1948 to the late Wayne and Edith Kline.
Mr. Kline graduated from Milford High School, class of 1966, and obtained his Associates Degree in Engineering from Del Tech and Old Dominion.
David honorably served our country in the U.S. Army Reserves.
He worked as a pipe designer for P.S.E.&G., Salem Generating Station.
David liked woodworking, cooking roast beef dinners for his family, gardening, and most of all, spending time with his grandchildren.
Mr. Kline is survived by his wife of 46 years, Patricia Kline (nee Jones). He is also survived by his children, Shawn D. Kline and his wife Kelly of Newark, DE, Brett J. Kline of Pittsfield, MA , and Lindsey M. Kline of Symrna, DE; his grandchildren, Jacob, Matthew, and John Kline; and his sister, Carol K. Wetherhold and her husband Rick of Rehoboth Beach, DE.
The family will receive visitors between 11AM – 1PM Sunday, July 30th at Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave., Milford, with a service at 1PM.
Burial will be at Barratt’s Chapel Cemetery.
