Carol Sue Brooks
MILFORD - Carol S. Brooks passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015 at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital. She was 68.
She was born in Wheeling, West Virginia on September 19, 1947, daughter of the late Charles and Carol Day Barczak.
Sue was employed by the Milford School District as a teacher at Benjamin Banneker Elementary School for 32 years, retiring in 2009.
She loved to shop and was a very generous person who helped people in need in many capacities.
Sue is survived by a son, Joseph W. Bowen of Ellendale; a daughter, Jane Bowen of Milford; two step-daughters, Lorene Brooks of Milford, and Krista Gallo of Harrington; two brothers, Jim Barczak of Wilmington, NC, and Eddy Barczak of Anderson, SC; a sister, Cathy Amos and her husband Ed of Paden City, WV; and three grand children, Paige Bowen, Josie Bowen and Paden Bowen.
Services and burial will be held privately.
