Audrey Ann Yovanov
Age 68, of Frederica, passed away Saturday, January 26, 2013, at Bayhealth Milford Memorial Hospital.
Audrey was born on July 30, 1944 in Germany, the daughter of Joseph Valley and the late Albina Gustaite Valley.
Mrs. Yovanov was a full time homemaker who cherished special times with her grandchildren, enjoyed cooking for her family and gardening. She loved to travel and spend a sunny day on the beach, was a devoted fan of both the Baltimore Ravens and the Baltimore Orioles and never missed the opportunity to stop for fresh steamed Maryland blue claw crabs whenever she was in the area.
She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Stephen K. Yovanov; two sons, Robert F. Yovanov and his wife Cynthia of Hooksett, NH; and Brian J. Yovanov of Royersford, PA; a daughter, Rebecca Sharkey and her husband Brendan of Malvern, PA; her father, Joseph Valley of Anaheim, CA; three brothers, Richard Valley of Anaheim, CA; Ron Valley of La Palma, CA; and Jeff Valley of Garden Gove, CA; and six grandchildren.
Friends may call from 4-6 p.m. on Wednesday, January 30, 2013 at the Rogers Funeral Home, 301 Lakeview Ave, Milford.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 31, 2013 at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 109 Dixon St, Harrington.
Burial will be held following the service at Barratts Chapel Cemetery in Frederica.
In lieu of flowers the family has requested memorial contributions to the Christian Foundation for Children and Aging, (C.F.C.A.), 1 Elmwood Ave, Kansas City, KS, 66103.
