Alton H. Maull
Of Milford, passed away Monday, March 5, 2012 at the Delaware Hospice Center in Milford. He was 89.
Mr. Maull was born on March 28, 1922 in Lewes, son of the late Bailey and Augusta Maull.
He was a veteran of the United States Army, serving his country proudly during World War II.
Mr. Maull was employed for 38 years with the DuPont Company in Seaford, retiring as a maintenance supervisor in 1982.
Alton was an active member of the Avenue United Methodist Church in Milford, joining in 1957.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by five brothers; Frank Maull, John Maull, David Maull, Robert Maull and Bailey Maull.
He is survived by his wife of 68 years, Margaret Maull; a daughter and son-in-law, Kay and Sonny Hudson; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Debbie Maull, all of Milford; five grandchildren, Kim Pierson, Tim Hudson, Heather Konesey, Deaven Maull and Parker Maull and six great-grandchildren.
Services and burial will be held privately.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions to the Delaware Hospice Center, 100 Patriots Way, Milford, DE, 19963.
